Meet our experienced team at the Lemosho Gate and begin your trek through the verdant rainforest. Revel in the sights and sounds of this lush ecosystem as you make your way to Big Tree Camp. Enjoy a comfortable camping experience amidst nature.
Leave the rainforest behind and enter the heath zone. Be awestruck by panoramic views of the surrounding landscape as you hike to Shira 1 Camp, where you will spend the night under the vast African sky.
With the imposing Mount Kilimanjaro as your backdrop, trek across the Shira Plateau and ascend to Shira 2 Camp. Experience the incredible transformation of the terrain as you reach the alpine desert zone.
Embark on a challenging ascent towards the Lava Tower at 4,630m, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Descend to Barranco Camp, situated in a picturesque valley. Marvel at the surrounding giant Senecio plants and enjoy a well-deserved rest.
Conquer the famous Barranco Wall, a thrilling ascent that showcases your determination and rewards you with stunning views. Continue to Karanga Camp, nestled in a scenic valley, where you'll enjoy a peaceful night's rest.
Ascend through the rocky landscape, known as the alpine desert, towards Barafu Camp. This campsite offers dramatic views of the summit, preparing you for the final push to Uhuru Peak.
Rise early and embark on your summit attempt, following the trail illuminated by your headlamp. Witness the breathtaking sunrise from Uhuru Peak, and celebrate your extraordinary achievement. Descend to Mweka Camp for a rejuvenating rest.
Conclude your journey with a descent through the lush rainforest to Mweka Gate. Receive a well-deserved certificate and bid farewell to the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro.
