Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll proceed through immigration to arrange your visa. Afterward, head to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage. Once you clear customs, exit the terminal, where our friendly guide will be eagerly waiting to welcome you and kick off your adventure.
You will be comfortably transferred to your hotel in the charming town of Moshi, located at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. Here, you can check in, relax, and prepare for the exciting expedition that lies ahead.
Day 2: Trek from Moshi to Mandara Huts, entering via Marangu Gate.
After a hearty breakfast, you’ll embark on a scenic drive to the Marangu Gate, the starting point of your climb. After completing the necessary logistics and registrations, venture into the lush rainforest, home to a stunning array of flora and fauna. Ascend along misty trails to reach the Mandara Huts, nestled at an elevation of 2,700 meters, where you can rest and rejuvenate in this tranquil setting.

Day 3: Hike from Mandara Huts to Horombo Huts.

Your journey will lead you to Horombo Huts, located at an elevation of 3,720 meters. Here, you can marvel at the majestic peaks of Mawenzi and Kibo, which stand proudly against the sky. Day 4: Acclimatization Day at Horombo Huts.

After your explorations, return to Horombo Huts for another tranquil night, allowing yourself to fully relax and prepare for the adventures that lie ahead.

Day 5: Trek from Horombo Huts to Kibo Huts.
Continue your ascent as you traverse the stark and dramatic landscapes of the saddle between the majestic Mawenzi and Kibo peaks. Upon reaching Kibo Huts, located at an elevation of 4,703 meters, you will find your base for the final summit push. Take a moment to absorb the awe-inspiring surroundings, filled with breathtaking vistas that will fuel your excitement for the thrilling adventure that lies ahead.

Day 6: Summit Uhuru Peak, then descend from Kibo Huts to Horombo Huts.

After a restful night at Horombo Huts, you will begin your descent, trekking through scenic trails back to Marangu Gate. The path leads you through lush vegetation and vibrant landscapes, providing a final opportunity to appreciate the breathtaking beauty of the Kilimanjaro region.
Upon reaching Marangu Gate, you’ll complete the necessary check-out procedures and celebrate your remarkable achievement with fellow trekkers. This moment is a time for reflection and camaraderie, as you share stories of your journey together.
Following the celebration, you will be transferred to Arusha, where you can unwind and take in the memories of your incredible adventure. As a fitting conclusion to your trek, you will receive your certificate, a treasured souvenir that recognizes your tremendous accomplishment in reaching the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 8: Departure via Kilimanjaro International Airport.

Depending on your flight schedule, you may enjoy an extraordinary visit to the Tanzanite Museum, followed by a stop at Arusha Cultural Heritage for some unique souvenirs.
Savor a complimentary, delicious BBQ hot lunch at Tembo Club in Arusha before being transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport.
